All of our electromenager suppliers offer a minimum free 2-year parts & labour warranty in addition to the legal guaranty of product conformity in France. If your appliance breaks down within the warranty period the appliance manufacturer will organise a service engineer to be called out from one of its local after-sales (SAV) partners to carry out a repair of your appliance. The cost of the parts, labour and, in many cases, the travel charge or ‘déplacement’ (where applicable) is included.
Each manufacturer has its own warranty procedure that customers should follow and this could involve registering the appliance with them through their online internet portal, or directly by email in the event that an intervention is required. Information about the service warranty procedure is included in the supplied documentation along with a warranty card, etc.
If your warranty has lapsed and the appliance is no longer under guaranty, you can still contact the manufacturer who’s SAV partner will be able to provide you with a quotation (devis) for the cost of repair.
The manufacturers 2-year parts, labour and travel (pieces, main d’oeuvre, et déplacement or ‘PMD’) applies to all the following suppliers;
Beko (built-in appliances), Belling, Falcon (Rangemaster), Glem, Samsung, Smeg & Stoves.
If the amount of your purchase is between €500 – €3000, Stovesellers offers you a payment solution in 3 or 4 instalments using your credit card. You pay the first instalment at the time of purchase, and subsequent instalments are automatically debited every 30 days. You can simply spread the cost of your purchase over several months if your budget does not stretch to pay the full whack in one go.
The option to pay in instalments is indicated on the product page when this option is available. The amount of your monthly instalments and the associated charges are displayed directly on the details of eligible products.
Once you have completed your order, simply click on the “3x or 4x by credit card” button, choose the “in instalments by credit card” solution and click on the “In 3 instalments by credit card” or “In 4 instalments by credit card” button, depending on the plan you have chosen.
Once you’ve selected this option, all you have to do is validate your details, enter your date and place of birth, and your credit card number, then validate.
As with a conventional online payment, a confirmation page is displayed for your order. You will then receive an e-mail validating your payment (subject to acceptance by the credit supplier).
Fees corresponding to 1.45% for payment in 3 instalments or 2.2% of the total amount of your purchase for payment in 4 instalments. They are included in the 1st monthly payment, i.e. an APR of 20.13% for the 3–installment plan, or an APR of 20.18% for the 4–installment plan.
In the event of a return of goods, we communicate this refund to our financial partner BPCA Consumer Finance, who will adjust your 3X OR 4X CB payment schedule.
